Bitumen penetration grade 85/100 is semi hard penetration grade bitumen used as a paving grade bitumen which is suitable for road construction and repair. It is also used for the production of asphalt pavements. This grade of bitumen is mainly used in the manufacturing of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses. Bitumen 85/100 is one of the most used bitumen grades and it’s a basic material for all other bituminous products.

قیر ۱۰۰ / ۸۵ | حالت قیر به درجه حرارت آن بستگی دارد. رابطه دما و سفتی قیر به نوع نفت خام و روش پالایش آن وابسته بوده و درجه نفوذ پذیری قیر 85/100 مابین 8.5 تا 10 میلیمتر است که قیر با درجه نفوذ پذیری نیمه سخت و به عنوان یک قیر سنگین و مناسب برای ساخت و تعمیر جاده ها می باشد.
قیر 85/100 برای تولید آسفالت استفاده شده و عمدتا در تولید آسفالت داغ برای پوشش سطحی استفاده می گردد. بیشترین نوع استفاده در انواع قیر، قیر 85/100 بوده و یک ماده اولیه برای دیگر محصولات قیر است.
درجه نفوذ قیری که توسط شرکت درسا بیتومن تهیه می شود قیر خالص نفتی است که با عبور هوای گرم از ماده اولیه وکیوم باتوم تولید می شود. این قیر پس از شکستن و از بین بردن هیدروکربن آن و از باقی مانده نفت خام تولید می شود.
قیر با درجه نفوذ پذیری 100-85 دارای درجه نفوذ 8.5 تا 10 میلیمتر و نقطه نرمی آن بین 45 تا 52 است.
قیر درجه نفوذ 100-85 دارای خاصیت ترموپلاستیک است که شبیه رزین مصنوعی بوده با گرم شدن نرمتر می شود و هنگام سرد شدن سخت خواهد شد. این درجه قیر 100-85 دارای ویسکوزیته بسیار قوی بوده و از آن بسیار استفاده می شود.
