Bitumen 30-40
Bitumen 30-40 is a thermoplastic material and its stiffness is dependent on temperature. The temperature-vs-stiffness relationship of bitumen is dependent on the source of crude oil and the method of refining. Bitumen penetration grade30/40 is semi hard penetration grade bitumen using as paving grade bitumen suitable for road construction and repair also for the production of asphalt pavements with below technical specification. This grade of bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses.Bitumen 30/40 is most used bitumen grade and basic material for all other bitumenious products.
[:fa]قیر معمولا از تقطیر نفت خام به دست میآید. چنین قیری قیر نفتی یا قیر تقطیری نامیده میشود. قیر نفتی محصول دو مرحله تقطیر نفت خام در برج تقطیر است. سطح نفوذ پذیری قیر (40-30) از نوع قیر نیمه جامد است که از آن به عنوان آسفالتی مناسب برای ساخت و ساز و تعمیر جاده ها استفاده میشود. این درجه از قیر عمدتا در ساخت آسفالت مخلوط و پوشاندن سطوح استفاده می شود. قیر 40-30 بیشترین مقدار استفاده از قیر و مواد اولیه نسبت به محصولات دیگر قیر است. قیر30-40 از نوع قیر سفت به شمار آمده و با دمیدن هوای گرم در کوره و با پایین آمدن درجه نفوذ پذیری به این حالت در می آید.
